LAND REGISTER CERTIFICATE

PASSPORT OR ID CARD DATA

PASES VAI ID KARTES DATI

THE PROPERTY OBTAINED WHEN IN MARRIAGE IS SOLD IN THE PRESENCE OF BOTH SPOUSES

If the property is obtained when in marriage the sale agreement should be signed by both spouses.

THE PROCESS OF PURCHASE/SALE OF FOREST PROPERTY:

CLIENT'S DOCUMENTS

The client prepares the documents, delivers them to our office or gives to the representative of the company.

MEETING AT THE NOTARY'S OFFICE

When the documents are submitted, the meeting at the Notary’s office is arranged at the time, which is the most convenient for the client.

SIGNING THE AGREEMENT

The purchase/sale agreement is signed by both parties.

TRANSFER

The payment for the purchased/sold property is provided according to the terms defined in the agreement.
