For new suppliers

If you are a new supplier for LSEZ Ltd “Laskana” (license code FSC-C020422) or Ltd “Laskana mežs” (license code FSC-C128895), you need to sign a “Supplier Declaration” confirming your consent to cooperate and provide information about the origin of the wood!

To learn more, please contact the company’s certification specialist Lelde Krimpa

E-mail: lelde@laskana.lv

The mandatory freight accompanying documents

These documents are a mandatory requirement for every one of our business partners to ensure compliance with FSC® standard requirements, as well as the legality verification system requirements of LSEZ SIA ”Laskana”.

The delivery note for the delivered timber cargo must indicate the origin of the timber materials and the felling certificate number. Additionally, the delivery note must be accompanied by:

A copy of the felling certificate;
The traceability chain (contracts, etc.) up to the forest owner;
Harvesting inspection form for each felling certificate.

Harvesting inspection forms

Harvesting inspection forms are necessary to identify the forest producer, as FSC® requirements stipulate that occupational safety inspections occur once a year. We, as the recipient of timber materials, conduct these inspections.

The accompanying documents can also be sent scanned via email before shipping the cargo.

Starting from March 1, 2019, cargo without all necessary accompanying documents will not be accepted.
